Membership

A primary goal of PLSC is providing quality services to our new and existing members.  On this page you'll find information on membership along with information on obtaining various publications provided by PLSC.  Visit the following links for more information.  If you have any questions, visit our contact page, or drop us an email.

PLSC 2012 Membership

The PLSC, Inc. invites you to add your voice to and participate in the land surveying industry education, legislation, regulations and issues. Contact Diana Askew for more information.

PLSC Membership begins January 1 and ends on December 31 of each year. Existing members are considered delinquent on April 1 and all membership privileges end on that date each year. In order to reward members in good standing and begin production of the 2012 PLSC Roster, July 1 is the cut-off date for 2012 Memberships.

Sustaining Members:

These firms support our organization. Please show them your appreciation with your patronage.A Sustaining Member is any person or firm engaged in a business related to land surveying or interested in the land surveying profession, and contributes $200 annually, but retains a position without voting or office holding privileges.


PLSC Code of Ethics

Professional excellence can only be achieved and maintained by persons who recognize that in their endeavors there are some actions that they should perform, some actions that they should not perform, and some actions that they may perform or not as they choose. The need for a standard, against which the individual can measure these actions, is selfevident. If these actions are to be a united force for excellence within the group as a whole, then the standard with which they are to be measured shall be made known.

PLSC Recognition Committee

The PLSC Recognition Committee has created a nomination form for PLSC members to nominate someone for special recognition at the end of the year. A list of the qualifications for the awards is available for download or viewing.
