Randall Bloom, PLS, is a retired federal land surveyor interested in furthering the goals of the CCPS Chapter, fostering working relationships with the larger land tenure community, recruiting land surveyors, supporting the Land Surveying and Geomatics Program at Colorado Mesa University Tech and helping to develop and promote standards of professional practice.
